IDeACOM Midwest is proud to announce the addition of Shoretel as our partner for Pure VoIP solutions for our customers.  After a four-year search for the right product  in the pure VoIP arena, we finally found our perfect product.  In evaluating a wide variety of products, our search criteria was based on finding the system that would best deliver in four categories. The categories were (in no particular order),  the system’s  architecture and feature set would have to be able help our customers (1) increase the productivity of their staff,  (2)would have to be designed help them provide world class customer service to their clients, (3) would provide the reliability that our customers have been accustomed to with the key and PBX systems we have in our current portfolio,  and (4) it would have to be  affordably priced, not only the initial purchase , but also to maintain and grow. We think this is the same criteria our customer will use when looking for their next generation system.  We searched, and were courted by, the top names in the VoIP industry.  We looked at, and “test drove” all the systems marketed by the main players and some of the minor players as well..  After each test, the selection committee's evaluation determined that at least one of the four major criteria factors was seriously lacking.  In most cases the systems lacked more than one of the deciding factors.

Then we met Shoretel.  A perfect match to our four deciding factors.   Thirty year veterans in the voice industry were saying WOW! at every aspect of  the product and the company. We think you will too.  Call us and schedule a demo and see how your company’s bottom line can be improved with a better communication system.

“Heroes Lunch” prepared again for Brentwood’s Police and Fire Departments
In the spirit of remembering those who have dedicated their lives to helping others Ideacom Midwest prepared the 4th Annual “Heroes Lunch” for the Brentwood Police and Firefighters. Since the tragedy in New York City on September 11, 2001 our eyes have been opened to the heroism that police and fire departments display across this nation. In mind of that recognition, the employees of Ideacom Midwest have honored those who have chosen to locally defend our cities by preparing a “Heroes Lunch”. Over the last three years, on September 11th we have prepared a wonderful steak lunch for the Brentwood Fire and Police departments at their locations. In keeping with that tradition, Ideacom Midwest served the 4th Annual “Heroes Lunch” this year on Monday, September 12th.

Armed with Barbeque Pits and Charcoal at both the Police headquarters and the Fire Department, the Employees of Ideacom, grilled bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon from Chesterfield Valley Meat Co., potatoes baked to perfection, tossed vegetable salad, and baked desserts, for those who protect us on a daily basis.

We had a perfect day for the barbeque and everyone enjoyed themselves. We hope to keep the tradition going a long time, to remind us all what a great country we live in and the privileges that good protection gives us.
